Here at Frequency Beauty, our number one goal is customer satisfaction and for you to vibrate at your highest frequency. Once an order is placed, we ask that you allow 2-3 business days for processing before shipping. If your item(s) was damaged or your Frequency Beauty order was incorrectly filled, you are able to receive a refund or a replacement item for free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 30 days of purchase. We will process your refund upon receiving the request for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. This process may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account so please allow for that allotted time to see the refund.

● If you choose a refund from Frequency Beauty (within 30 days of the purchase date), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
● We will not issue replacements or refunds after 30 days.
● In the event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 30 days of receipt of the package. Customers must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip(s).

Here at Frequency Beauty, it is our priority to be sure you have the items that you need when you need them. We try our best to anticipate sales in advance to accommodate all customers. Frequency Beauty prides itself on being a company that is safe for all to use. Because of this, our products are formulated without ingredients that include gluten, and gluten is not introduced to products during the manufacturing stage.
Frequency Beauty prides itself on being a safer alternative for beauty. The skin is the largest organ, and what goes into the skin is very important. Because of this, parabens are not included in our products.
Unfortunately, all the products are not vegan. Some of the items may contain animal byproducts. However, we do offer vegan options, including (but not limited to) our Galactic Glosses and Lip Scrubs. Please refer to product descriptions on the product page for full details on specific items.
